Owner and operator Mark Powell worked as a welder for 20 years before starting Skeeter's Dozer & Trackhoe Services. He felt the stressors of being on-site, away from his family and community and decided it was time to make a change.  So he came back to Southeast Texas, where he grew up, and firmly set his roots.  Since then, he has bought all of his own equipment and honed his skills in operating.  Now he has established 18 years of successfully owning and operating Skeeter's Dozer & Trackhoe Services and is fulfilling his desire to be involved in his community.  He is a fully-certified professional ready to tackle anything from complex and large scale construction projects to minor repair jobs.
